RRB Technician Exam 2024 is tentatively scheduled between the month of October and December 2024. As the commencement of this exam is going to be held after a long wait for 6 years, it is important to devise a full-fledged strategy to prepare well for this paper and clear with high scores.
RRB Technician Exam Pattern 2024
The Assistant Loco Pilot exam pattern, the RRB Technician Exam will be conducted in three stages.
- First Stage of CBT
- Second Stage of CBT
- Document Verification
No Computer-Based Aptitude Test will be conducted for the post of Technician in Railway Recruitment 2024 Exam.
RRB Technician Exam Pattern for CBT-1
Candidates will be penalised for attempting a question wrong in the RRB Technician Exam 2024. 1/3rd of the total marks will be deducted for each question attempted wrong by a candidate. No marks will be deducted for questions left blank or unattempted.

RRB Technician Exam Pattern for CBT-2
- For Each Wrong Answer, 1/3rd Marks of the original will be deducted.
- No Negative Marking for the RRB Technician Computer-Based Aptitude Test. So, plan to answer questions accordingly.

Document Verification :- Based on the performance of candidates in Part A of the Second Stage CBT subject to their qualifying the Part B of Second Stage CBT, a candidate will be called for Document Verification.
